What happens when you call
- Call or send a message, any time. Phones and chat are answered 24/7, with AI covering when no staff is free. We ask a few short questions: what happened, which county, and whether there is a court date. Calls are recorded.
- Free consultation. A Director of Client Engagement reviews your situation, explains the process in your county and discusses fees plainly. This person is not an attorney.
- Work with an attorney. Clients who hire us work with an attorney, who contacts the court and the prosecutor, reviews the evidence and keeps you updated.

Common questions
What should I do if a family member was just arrested in Texas?
Stay calm and call a lawyer. Do not discuss the facts on jail phones, which are usually recorded. Write down the person's full name, date of birth, the county and the charge if you know it. A magistrate usually sets bond within 48 hours of arrest.
Will I lose my license after a DWI arrest in Texas?
Possibly. If you refused or failed a breath or blood test, the officer usually serves a notice of suspension. You have 15 days from that notice to request an ALR hearing, or the suspension starts automatically on day 40.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and is with a Director of Client Engagement, not an attorney. Clients who hire us work with an attorney.
